UiPath CEO, Daniel, claimed that RPA helps your workers by taking over the boring and tiring repetitive tasks, giving then time to do higher and more rewarding assignments and tasks.

With just only a small unit level of RPA, your traditional business process will only need a few numbers of people to handle this technology while doing a great amount of work. Still, this does not mean that it makes people jobless.

To understand it better, the scenario is just like driving either an automatic car, a manual transmission car, or a self-driving car. Remember this, in every car, there is still a driver.

Even though it can take over and improve the repetitive tasks, their process that cannot be automated and can only handle by a human. Because of this issue, RPA has two major categories which is attended and unattended RPA, functioning in a very different way but has the same purpose, to take the robot from humans.

RPA or Robotic Process Automation is a technology that uses either computer software or Robot to stock up, construe, and manipulate data for large-scale labor purposes. It helps the company with its labor requirements and reduces huge cost.

Even though this method needs more planning before you can implement it, BPM is the best way to deal with the company’s core.

Now when it comes to RPA, it works best if you are dealing with financial and time restraints. You might find yourself in a time when the resources are lacking. In this case, RPA is the best answer.
